The invention relates to a seepage and leakage back side systematic handling method for an underground pipe gallery. In the underground pipe gallery (2), multiple sections of the underground pipe gallery (2) are staggered due to differential settlement of a stratum (1), and then cracks are formed. Grouting holes (3) are drilled in the wall surface of the pipe gallery (2), grout is poured into thegrouting holes (3), the underground pipe gallery (2) and the stratum (1) in a certain range around the pipe gallery are connected into a whole after the grout solidifies, the stratum (1) in a certainrange around the pipe gallery is improved into a homogeneous stratum, and thus differential settlement is relieved. Meanwhile, seepage channels in the stratum (1) and the pipe gallery (2) can be closed to cut off channels through which water in the stratum (1) seeps into the pipe gallery (2). According to the method, the water seepage channels in the stratum (1) are blocked through the grout, so that the water seepage problem is solved from the source; and besides, the situation that the underground pipe gallery (2) cracks again will not occur in a short time.
本发明涉及一种地下管廊渗透漏水背水面系统处理方法;地下管廊(2)是由于地层(1)不均匀沉降导致多节地下管廊(2)之间错位从而形成裂缝,通过在地下管廊(2)的壁面上钻取注浆孔(3),向注浆孔(3)内灌注浆液,在浆液凝固后将地下管廊(2)和管廊周边一定范围内的地层(1)连接为一个整体,达到改良管廊周边一定范围内地层(1)为均质地层,进而减弱不均匀沉降。同时也可以对地层(1)和管廊(2)中的渗透通道进行封闭,截断地层(1)中的水渗透进入管廊(2)的通道。本发明通过浆液对地层(1)中渗水通道的封堵,从源头上解决的渗水问题;并且不会在短时间内再次出现地下管廊(2)再次开裂的情况。
