The invention discloses a non-contact hand washing and body temperature monitoring and alarming device, and relates to the technical field of hand washing basins. The device specifically comprises a vertical plate, a hand washing liquid box and a spray head assembly, wherein a water tank is fixed at the bottom of the surface of the vertical plate; an infrared temperature measuring sensor is arranged at the top end of a faucet; an appearance decoration mirror is embedded in the surface of the vertical plate; the hand washing liquid box is fixed on the side surface of the vertical plate; an airpump head is arranged below a solution chamber; an electronic valve is connected to the middle of an infusion tube; and a liquid level sensor is arranged at the bottom of the side surface of the solution chamber. According to the non-contact hand washing and body temperature monitoring and alarming device, the infrared temperature measuring sensor is used for measuring the temperature of the handsof a human body, meanwhile, a micro camera is used for shooting the head of the measured human body, temperature data and portrait data which are higher than a preset numerical value range are transmitted to an alarm module at a designated position through a network transmission module, the alarm module sounds and displays the portrait data and the position information, and at the moment, medicalpersonnel start to receive and treat the personnel, so that the propagation of disease sources is avoided.
