The device comprises a pair of paddle wheels, a detachable roller device and a transfer rail. The paddle wheels located on two sides of one end of a ship body are composed of blades, gears, big and small discs. The functions of preventing water grasswinding and climbing a slope are achieved. The detachable roller device located at the other end of the ship body is composed of an idler wheel (comprising a bearing) with a rail limiting piece, a shaft, a herringbone connecting rod, a traction handle and a ship body limiting piece. Effects for supporting the ship body, limiting a rail and providing parts of a traction force are achieved, and therail installed on a dam between aquaculture ponds is composed of an overhead rack and a navigation rail and used for assisting an aquaculture workboat in pond transferring. According to the device, the aquaculture workboat can be simply transferred between adjacent ponds, and a utilization rate of the aquaculture workboat can be increased.
