The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation process of a gypsum plaster board. The preparation process comprises the following steps of: step 100, feeding a dry material and a wet materialinto a stirrer through metering and conveying equipment, and controlling the adding amounts of a surfactant and sodium trimetaphosphate after mixing the dry material and the wet material so as to adjust the fluidity and corrosion resistance of gypsum board slurry; step 200, continuously pouring the prepared gypsum board slurry between two layers of surface protection paper; and step 300, pouringthe gypsum slurry between the two layers of surface protection paper, preparing a wet board through extrusion molding equipment after pouring the gypsum slurry, and preparing a gypsum plaster board finished product through solidification, cutting and drying. The invention further provides a damp deflection detection method. According to the preparation process and method, the quality of the gypsumboard is improved by improving the components and the preparation process, longitudinal sampling under the national standard is changed into transverse sampling, the damp deflection of the gypsum board is detected according to the stricter standard; and the preparation process of the gypsum board is further fed back and adjusted, so that the purpose of improving the quality of the gypsum board isachieved.
本发明实施例公开了一种纸面石膏板的制备工艺，包括如下步骤：步骤100、将干料和湿料通过计量输送设备送入搅拌机，在干料和湿料混合后控制加入表面活性剂和三偏磷酸钠的量调整石膏板料浆流动性和抗溶蚀性；步骤200、将制备的石膏板料浆连续浇筑在两层护面纸之间；步骤300、将石膏料浆浇筑在两层护面纸之间，在浇筑后通过挤压成型设备制备湿板，再通过凝固、切断、干燥后制成纸面石膏板成品；还包括一种受潮挠度的检测方法；本发明通过成分和制备工艺的改进以达到提高石膏板品质，并且该检测方法将国标的纵向取样改为横向取样，以更严格的标准来检测石膏板的受潮挠度，并以此进一步反馈调整石膏板的制备工艺，以达到提高石膏板质量的目的。
