The invention discloses an EPS flame-retardant thermal-insulation wall board, belonging to the technical field of wall materials. The EPS flame-retardant thermal-insulation wall board is prepared from32-38 parts of EPS particles, melamine resin, phosphoric acid, metakaolin, talcum powder, aluminum hydroxide, zinc borate and other raw materials through the following steps: preparing a flame-retardant film solution and a refractory glue solution, mixing the EPS particles with the flame-retardant film solution and the refractory glue solution at a constant speed, and performing injection molding. The wall board has the beneficial effects that the EPS particles coated with the flame-retardant film solution are bonded with each other by using the fire-resistant glue solution, so a flame-retardant material can be effectively prepared; the flame-retardant film solution is diluted with water at a proper temperature, so the flame-retardant film solution can be effectively sprayed; the refractory glue solution can be effectively sprayed at a proper temperature at the same time and can effectively cover the outer surfaces of the EPS particles without damaging the physical structures of the EPS particles; and thus, as the EPS particles are wrapped by the flame-retardant film solution, bonded by the fire-resistant glue solution and then subjected to injection molding while being hot, the high-quality light EPS flame-retardant thermal-insulation wall board can be manufactured.
