Positioning installation structure of external prestressing tendon steering gear and installation method thereof
The invention relates to a mounting structure of an external prestressing tendon steering gear and a mounting method thereof. The steering gear is arranged in a steel reinforcement framework of a segmental box girder; a positioning installation structure of the steering gear comprises a fixed support and a movable support; and the fixed support is arranged at a bottom of the segmental box girder,the movable support is arranged on the fixed support, the movable support comprises an arc-shaped support on an upper portion and a bottom plate on a lower portion, the arc-shaped support is used forsupporting the steering gear with a circular section, and the bottom plate and the fixed support are detachably locked to achieve transverse displacement adjustment of the movable support on the fixedsupport. According to XYZ coordinates of the steering gear, the steering gear is installed in the segmental box girder, vertical, transverse, longitudinal and central rotation of the steering gear iscontrolled in an installation process, and installation precision of the steering gear is ensured.
本发明涉及一种体外预应力束转向器的安装结构及其安装方法,转向器安装在节段箱梁的钢筋骨架内,所述转向器的定位安装结构包括固定支座、活动支架,固定支座设置在节段箱梁的梁底上,活动支架设置在所述固定支座上,活动支架包括上部的弧形支架用于支撑截面为圆形的转向器,和下部的底板,底板和所述固定支座可拆卸式锁紧而实现所述活动支架在固定支座上横向位移调整。根据转向器的XYZ坐标,将转向器安装到节段箱梁内,安装过程中对转向器竖向、横向、纵向、中心旋转进行控制,确保转向器的安装精度。
