Method for breaking bored pile head
The invention discloses a method for breaking a bored pile head. The method is characterized in that before a bored pile body concrete is initially set, a set of vertically-inserted PVC pipes are buried in a pile head part, and when the strength of the pile body concrete reaches 75% or above, presplitting slurry which can spontaneously heat and expand is poured into the PVC pipes, wherein the presplitting slurry must be poured into the PVC pipes before heating, a pipe opening of each PVC pipe can be covered and blocked after pouring is finished, the presplitting slurry gradually expands alongthe pipe body of each PVC pipe, each PVC pipe is cracked through expansion pressure of the presplitting slurry, concrete around the pipe body of the PVC pipe is cracked through expansion, the pile head is crushed, and then the pile head is broken. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the pile head is broken by embedding the PVC pipes and pouring the spontaneous heating expansion presplitting slurry, and the method is easy and convenient to operate, rapid, efficient, economical, practical, capable of saving energy, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable.
一种破除钻孔灌注桩桩头的方法，其特征在于，所述方法是在钻孔灌注桩桩身混凝土初凝前，在桩头部分埋置一组竖直插入的PVC管，在桩身混凝土强度达到75％以上时，向PVC管中灌注会逐渐自发热膨胀的预裂浆料，预裂浆料必须在发热前灌入PVC管，灌注结束后将PVC管管口覆盖封堵，预裂浆料沿PVC管管身逐渐膨胀，利用预裂浆料的膨胀压力胀裂PVC管，使PVC管管身周围的混凝土胀裂，将桩头破碎，进而破除桩头。本发明方法采用埋置PVC管和灌注自发热膨胀预裂浆料的方法来破除桩头，操作简便、快速高效、经济实用、节能环保、安全可靠。
