The invention discloses a post-cast wire prefabricated connection structure. The post-cast wire prefabricated connection structure comprises a rod piece body, a sleeve fixed end and a stretching-in end, wherein the sleeve fixed end and the stretching-in end are connected to two ends of the rod piece body respectively; the end part of the sleeve fixed end is provided with a groove; the wall of thegroove is provided with an internal thread; the outer wall of the sleeve fixed end is provided with a grout outlet hole communicating with the tail end of the internal thread; the outer wall of the sleeve fixed end is provided with a grout injection hole communicating with the head end of the internal thread; the stretching-in end stretches into the groove of the sleeve fixed end; the outer wall of the stretching-in end is provided with an external thread; the external thread and the internal thread form a spiral cavity which is called a post-cast wire cavity; and cement or concrete is cast into the post-cast wire cavity. The connection structure is high in rigidity, easy and convenient to operate and high in construction speed.
