The invention relates to a trace element-containing slow-release cup and a manufacturing method thereof, protrusions are arranged on the inner wall of the upper portion of the side wall of a cup body,protrusions are also arranged on the outer wall of the upper portion of the side wall of a cup core, and theprotrusions of the cup core are connected with theprotrusions of the cup body in a matchedmode. A plurality of water permeable holes are formed in the bottom surface of the cup core. The cup body and the cup core are respectively provided with trace element filling layers. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: mixing the purple sand powder serving as the outer layer material of the cup body, the feldspar serving as the coating structure material of the cup body, the loess stone and the kaolin powder, and firing the mixture to prepare the cup body; a micron-sized porous medical stone mineral material, a micron-sized porous diatom mineral material, nano-zinc dioxideand a tourmaline material are taken as raw materials, mixed and fired, so that the nano-zinc dioxide and the tourmaline penetrate into micron-sized pores of diatom minerals and medical stones, and the cup core is prepared through firing. The slow-release cup is used for being taken after being soaked in tea water, is convenient to take, facilitates daily supplement of the trace elements and promotes human health.
本发明涉及一种含微量元素缓释杯及其制作方法,杯体侧壁的上部内壁上设有凸起,杯芯侧壁的上部外壁上也设有凸起,杯芯凸起与杯体凸起配合连接。杯芯底面设有数个透水孔。杯体和杯芯分别设置微量元素填充层。制作方法是将杯体外层材料紫砂粉末、杯体包覆结构材料长钾石、黄土石和高岭土粉末原料混合后烧制成杯体;将微米级多孔麦饭石矿物材料、微米级多孔硅藻矿物材料、纳米二氧化锌和碧玺材料作为原料混合后烧制,使纳米二氧化锌、碧玺深入到硅藻矿物和麦饭石的微米级多孔中去,烧制成杯芯。本发明的含微量元素缓释杯用于茶水浸泡后服用,服用方便,便于日常补充微量元素,促进人体健康。
