The invention relates to the technical field of automatic control equipment, and discloses an automatic sterile inspection production line. The automatic sterile inspection production line comprises asterilization isolator, a temporary storage isolator and an operation isolator, wherein conveying devices are arranged in the sterilization isolator and the temporary storage isolator respectively, and the conveying devices move samples towards the operation isolator. The operation isolator is internally provided with inspection equipment; mouse hole devices are arranged among the sterilization isolator, the temporary storage isolator and the operation isolator; a carrying device is arranged between isolators connected on the two sides of the mouse hole device; and the carrying device is usedfor carrying a sample in the front isolator from the mouse hole device to the rear isolator. The invention further discloses a sterile inspection operation method. By means of the production line form, the disinfection, carrying and operating processes are all carried out in a sterile area, and the time utilization rate of 20 hours or above every day and the treatment efficiency of 50 batches orabove are achieved.
