Application method of stone chips in concrete pipe pile prefabrication
The invention discloses an application method of stone chips in concrete pipe pile prefabrication. The application method comprises the steps that stone is subjected to primary crushing through a crusher, the particle diameter of the crushed stone chips is 5cm-15 cm, the stone chips subjected to primary crushing are subjected to secondary crushing, the diameter of the stone chips subjected to secondary crushing is 1cm-3 cm, the stone chips subjected to secondary crushing are subjected to tertiary crushing, and the diameter of the crushed stone chips is 1mm-3 mm; the stone chips subjected to tertiary crushing are conveyed to a concrete mixer through a conveying belt to be mixed with cement and water, and concrete mortar obtained after mixing is output to a pipe pile for prefabrication through a material conveying device. The stone chips are crushed into the gravel grade to be applied to prefabrication of the concrete pipe pile, the situation that gravel resources are insufficient is avoided, stone resources are widely distributed and convenient to use, on the one hand, cost is reduced, and on the other hand, the gravel resources are also prevented from being insufficient; and therefore the requirement for sustainable development of the prefabrication of the concrete pipe pile is met.
石屑在混凝土管桩预制中的应用方法,其将石头采用破碎机进行一级破碎,破碎后石屑颗粒直径在5‑15cm,将一级破碎后石屑进行二级破碎,二级破碎后石屑直径为1‑3cm,二级破碎后石屑进行三级破碎,破碎后石屑直径为1‑3mm,将三级破碎后的石屑通过传输带传输至混凝土搅拌机与水泥和水进行搅拌,搅拌后混凝土砂浆通过输料装置输出到管桩预制。采用石屑破碎成砂石级应用于混凝土管桩预制,避免采用砂石资源不足,石头资源分布广泛,采用便利一方面降低成本,也避免砂石资源不足,从而满足混凝土管桩预制可持续发展需要。
