The equipment comprises a hand-push frame body, rolling wheels, a cutting mechanism, a drilling mechanism, a rotary driving mechanism and a driving switching mechanism, and the rolling wheels are mounted at the bottom of the hand-push frame body; the cutting mechanism comprises a saw blade, first spline teeth and a mounting frame;the first spline teeth are mounted on the two sides of the saw blade; and the driving switching mechanism comprises a main shaft, a driving bevel gear, a first rotating driving assembly and a first linear moving driving assembly. The first rotating driving assembly comprises a driving gear, a driven gear, a rotating motor and a moving frame. Cutting and drilling are integrated, so the functionality is high; the same power source is adopted for cutting and drilling, so energy is saved, and cost is reduced; and meanwhile, the cutting depth of the cutting mechanism and the drilling depth of thedrilling mechanism are adjusted, so the operation range is widened.
