The invention relates to a hydraulic construction casing construction method. According to the hydraulic construction casing construction method, a casing construction device is adopted. The casing construction device comprises a movable frame, a long telescopic rod, a short telescopic rod, clamping devices, pulling-down devices and beating devices, wherein the long telescopic rod and the short telescopic rod are arranged on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the movable frame respectively; the clamping devices are arranged at the telescopic ends of the short telescopic rod and the long telescopic rod; the pulling-down devices are connected to the outer sides of the clamping devices; and the beating devices are arranged on the upper side of the movable frame in a bilaterally symmetrical way. According to the hydraulic construction casing construction method, a ball and a rubber block are shifted in a reciprocating way under the control of adjusting blocks of the clamping devices, and the clamping function and the limiting function can be realized through the clamping devices, so that the cost is saved. Through the different construction devices, i.e., the pulling-down devices and the beating devices, casings of different lengths can be constructed.
