The invention discloses an accurate positioning device and method for the position of a pile-column integrated prefabricated pipe pile. The positioning device comprises a bracket, a prism, a reflectorplate, a measuring robot, a signal transmitter, a signal transceiver, a PC terminal and an antenna, and the bracket is installed on the top surface of the prefabricated pipe pile, and the prism is installed on the bracket and located on the center line of the prefabricated pipe pile. The reflector plate is installed at the top end of the side surface of the prefabricated pipe pile, and the azimuth line of the prefabricated pipe pile penetrates through the center of the reflector plate. The measuring robot is placed at the control point of the construction site, data are collected through theprism and the reflector plate. The measuring robot is connected to the antenna through the signal transmitter, the signal transmitter is connected to the signal transceiver through the antenna, and the signal transceiver is connected to the PC terminal. The positioning device is simple and easy to operate. Based on the positioning method given by the positioning device, the positioning accuracy ofthe prefabricated pipe pile can be improved, so that the prefabricated pipe pile quickly and accurately locates the target position, and the positioning method is simple and has high operability .
