The method has the advantages that the method is suitable for engineering construction in the pile sinking process of the prefabricated pipe pile, in the pile sinking process, when a hard soil layer with a large local area is encountered, loosening treatment on the hard soil layer can be rapidly achieved, the sinking resistance of the hard soil layer to the prefabricated pipe pile is rapidly reduced, and the pipe sinking efficiency is greatly improved.
