The buoy is arranged in the water inlet channel and can move up and down, and the buoy is open in the bottom and closed on the top, and the bottom of the buoy is in sealing fit with the top of the drainagechannel. A limiting structure for limiting the floating stroke of the buoy is arranged at the top of the water inlet channel. Under normal circumstances, the buoy seals the top of the drainage channelunder the action of gravity, so that a drainage port of the drainage valve is isolated from outside air, the outside air cannot enter the drainage port, the drainage port is almost in a full-pipe water state, and the drainage speed is greatly increased through the siphonic effect; and when the water level exceeds the buoy by a certain height, the buoy floats upwards and opens the drainage channelto achieve overflow.
