A cavity is formed in the overflow body, and a water inlet pipeand a water outlet pipe communicated with the cavity are arranged at the top and the bottom of the overflow body respectively. The buoy is arranged above the overflow body, a guide column is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the buoy, a guide sleeve used for limiting the guide column in the radial direction is fixedly arranged in the overflow body, and one end of the guide column penetrates through the guide sleeve and extends into the cavity. The sealing piece is fixedly arranged on the bottom of the guide column, and the bottom of the sealing piece is in sealing fit with the top of the drainage pipe. Under normal circumstances, the sealing piece is in sealing fit with the top of the drainage pipe due to the gravity effect of the buoy, so that the drainage port of the drainage valve is isolated from outside air, the outside air cannot enter the drainage port from the water inlet pipe, the drainage port is almost in a full-pipe water state, and the drainage speed is greatly increased through the siphonic effect; and when the water level exceeds the buoy by a certain height, the buoy floats upwards, and the sealing piece is separated from the drainage pipe sealing face to achieve overflowing.
