Arch steel structure and installation method thereof
The invention provides an arch steel structure and an installation method thereof. The arc steel structure comprises side stand columns, a connecting chord member and a middle support, wherein the side stand columns are located at the two ends of the whole arch steel structure; the connecting chord member is arranged between the two side stand columns and comprises a lower chord member and an upper chord member, and the two ends of the lower chord member are in rigid connection with the side stand columns; the two ends of the upper chord member are fixedly connected with the upper ends of theside stand columns and/or the upper end of the middle support; and the middle support is arranged between the lower chord member and the upper chord member and comprises vertical web members and diagonal bracings. The installation method of the arch steel structure comprises the following steps of dismantling the whole arch steel structure into a plurality of individual components; setting up an assembly jig below the lower chord member, and assembling the lower chord member into two arc-shaped segmentations, and arranging a portal frame installation lifting anchorage device in the position, close to the midspan, of the lower chord member; sequentially rotating and lifting the arc-shaped segmentations, installing a middle inlaid segment of the lower chord member, and conducting adjusting and welding; and installing the vertical web members and the diagonal bracings from the ends to the midspan in sequence until installation is completed. The arch steel structure and the installation method thereof have the beneficial effect that the problem that a large-scale crane cannot stand and conduct operation on site is solved.
