The invention relates to a floor block and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor block comprises a corrugated substrate and a panel. The panel is attached and fixed on the upper surface of the corrugated substrate. The corrugated substrate comprises a corrugated core layer, an upper plate body and a lower plate body. The upper plate body is fixed on the upper surface of the corrugated core layer through thermosetting adhesive, and the lower plate body is fixed on the lower surface of the corrugated core layer through the thermosetting adhesive. The panel is bonded and fixed to the upper surface of the upper plate body through thermosetting or hot-melt adhesive. The floor block enables the floor block to have both the wear resistance and aesthetics of the upper panel and the compressionand impact resistance of the lower corrugated substrate, and improves the production efficiency of the floor block, so that the floor block can be produced on a large scale.
