The invention discloses an anti-bulging rubber floor block, a floor, a manufacturing mold and an anti-bulging method. A plurality of grooves which communicate with one another and crossed are formed in the bottom surface of the anti-bulging rubber floor block and are used for accommodating moisture discharged from the ground on the lower part of the floor. The manufacturing mold of the anti-bulging rubber floor block comprises a bottom mold and a pressing mold, wherein a plurality of bulges which communicate with one another and crossed are processed on a bottom plate of the bottom mold. Therefore, moisture generated by a local basic surface can freely circulate in the grooves between the rubber floor and the ground, is finally uniformly distributed or is discharged from gaps of wall edges and wall corners, and the phenomenon of bulging caused by over-high pressure of the moisture in a local closed space is avoided, so that the problem of local bulging of the rubber floor is solved.
