The invention discloses a building wall painting device and a painting method thereof. The building wall painting device comprises a rack, a lifting driving part, a slapping assembly and a slapping connecting mechanism, wherein a rotating motor is arranged in the rack; the lifting driving part is arranged in the rack and connected with the rotating motor through a power driving part; the lifting driving part comprises a threaded rod in driving connection with the power driving part and a threaded sleeve block in threaded connection with the outer portion of the threaded rod; the threaded sleeve block is slidably connected with the inner wall of the rack so that the threaded rod can rotate to drive the threaded sleeve block to move in the height direction; the slapping assembly is supportedon the threaded sleeve block through a slapping driving rod in driving connection with the power driving part; the slapping assembly comprises a slapping plate body located outside the rack, and theend of the slapping driving rod is shaped like a cam; the slapping connecting mechanism is arranged between the slapping driving rod and the slapping assembly so that the slapping driving rod can drive the slapping plate body to stretch out and retract during movement. The building wall painting device can slap drydash on a wall instead of manual operation and has the advantages of being capable of saving time and labor, high in efficiency, good in slapping effect and high in wall smoothness.
