The invention relates to the technical field of automation, and discloses an efficient building construction wall painting device and a painting method thereof. The efficient building construction wall painting device comprises a case, wherein a rotating shaft is movably connected inside the case. When a constructor rotates a handle, the whole device ascends and descends, so that the high-altitudeoperation of operators is avoided, and danger is reduced. An output shaft of a motor is movably connected with a first rotating rod; finally, a piston does reciprocating movement; when the piston upwards moves, a one-way valve is opened; the pressure intensity in a discharging box is reduced; materials in the discharging box are sucked in along a hose; the materials do not need to be added frequently; the material sufficiency can be guaranteed; and the number of material adding times is reduced. When the piston downwards moves, the one-way valve is closed, the pressure intensity in the discharging box is increased; the materials flow out via a through hole through the hose; in order to prevent liquid materials from dripping, sponge is arranged in a roller; the materials can gradually permeate to the outer side of the brush after being sucked; meanwhile, an inclined rod does upward and downward reciprocating movement; the roller paints the wall; and the working efficiency is further improved.
