The invention discloses a method and system for recycling waste concrete. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preprocessing a waste concrete raw material, and removing impurities to obtain awaste concrete semi-finished product for later use; S2, crushing the waste concrete semi-finished product obtained in the step S1 twice, and removing iron from the waste concrete semi-finished product after each crushing to obtain waste concrete fragments for later use; S3, dividing the waste concrete fragments obtained in S2 into a first part of fragments and a second part of fragments for lateruse; S4, screening the first part of fragments obtained in the S3 to obtain finished sand and returned materials, and mixing the returned materials into the waste concrete semi-finished product obtained after primary crushing in the S2; and S5, grinding the second part of fragments obtained in the step S3 into powder to obtain finished powder. The invention provides a method and a system for recycling waste concrete, and the method and system are used for recycling waste concrete to obtain scrap iron, finished sand and finished powder.
