The invention provides a preparation method of an oleophylic modified polyacrylonitrile fiber and a preparation method of asphalt concrete. The preparation method of the oleophylic modified polyacrylonitrile fiber comprises the following steps: S10, treating a PAN fiber by using an alkaline hydrolysis agent; S20, dropwise adding TEOS, and carrying out an oscillation reaction at 60-80 DEG C for 1-3hours; S30, adding HDTMS into a mixed solution of the PAN fiber with the nanoscale rough surface and an alkaline hydrolysis agent, and carrying out the oscillation reaction for 0.5-2.5 hours at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C; and S40, taking out the oleophylic and hydrophobic PAN fiber, cleaning, and drying to obtain the oleophylic modified PAN fiber. According to the preparation method of the oleophylic modified polyacrylonitrile fiber and the preparation method of the asphalt concrete, the PAN fiber modified by using TEOS and HDTMS under an alkaline condition can remarkably improve the lipophilicity of the PAN fiber, and the modified PAN fiber is used for reinforcing asphalt concrete to remarkably improve the dispersity and the interface bonding force of the polyacrylonitrile fiber.
本发明提供了一种亲油改性聚丙烯腈纤维及沥青混凝土的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S10使用碱性水解剂处理PAN纤维;S20滴加TEOS,在60℃~80℃下振荡反应1~3h;S30将HDTMS加入到所述纳米级粗糙表面的PAN纤维和碱性水解剂的混合液中,在60℃~80℃下振荡反应0.5~2.5h;S40将所述亲油疏水性的PAN纤维取出清洗干燥获得亲油改性的PAN纤维。本发明的一种亲油改性聚丙烯腈纤维及沥青混凝土的制备方法,使用TEOS以及HDTMS在碱性条件下改性PAN纤维可以显著提高PAN纤维的亲油性,将改性PAN纤维用于加强沥青混凝土可以显著的提高聚丙烯腈纤维的分散性及界面结合力。
