The invention provides carbon nanotube/fiber modified self-heating porous hydrophobic/oleophylic ceramic and a preparation method thereof, wherein the self-heating porous hydrophobic/oleophylic ceramic is obtained by modifying porous ceramic, and the inner surface and the outer surface of the porous ceramic are respectively coated with a hydrophobic/oleophylic carbon nanotube/fiber layer. According to the invention, the carbon nano tube/fiber modified self-heating porous hydrophobic/oleophylic ceramic has excellent mechanical strength and chemical stability of a ceramic material, high porosity, high air permeability, good heat-conducting property and good hydrophobic and oleophylic properties. Theceramic can be self-heated under the action of an external electric field, wherein the generated heat can be quickly diffused to the surrounding high-viscosity crude oil, and the fluidity of the high-viscosity crude oil is improved, so that the high-efficiency separation of the high-viscositycrude oil is realized.
