The invention discloses an automatic sleeper laying device, which comprises a laying wheel and is characterized in that an inner sliding cavity is formed in the laying wheel; a conveying cavity with an outward opening is formed in the outer side of the inner sliding cavity; power cavities which are symmetrically arranged by taking the inner sliding cavity as the center are communicated with the left and right sides of the inner sliding cavity; the upper half part in the inner sliding cavity is rotationally connected with a light semi-cylinder; an upper cylindrical cavity with a downward opening is formed in the light semi-cylinder; and a lower sliding cavity which is provided with an upward opening and communicated with the power cavity is arranged in a penetrating manner. Through the whole device, one sleeper can be placed while one sleeper is fixed, so that continuous sleeper laying is achieved, each sleeper does not need to be grabbed and placed independently, the personnel are prevented from being hurt by falling of the sleepers due to existence of positioning blocks in the conveying process of the sleepers, and the sleepers can fall off while the whole device moves forwards.
本发明公开了一种枕木自动铺设装置;包括铺设轮,其特征在于:铺设轮内设有的内滑动腔,内滑动腔外侧设有开口向外的输送腔,内滑动腔左右两侧连通设有以内滑动腔为中心对称布置的动力腔,内滑动腔内上半部分转动连接设有轻质半圆柱,轻质半圆柱内设有开口向下的上圆柱腔,通设有开口向上且连通动力腔的下滑动腔,通过装置整体可以实现一根枕木固定的同时,另一根枕木进行放置,使得达到连续铺设枕木,不需要对于每个枕木单独抓取以及放置,并且在枕木的传送过程中定位块的存在使得防止枕木脱落对人员造成伤害,装置整体在向前运动的同时便可以使得枕木完成脱落。
