The invention discloses track weld joint grinding equipment for individual soldier operation, which comprises a main body, wherein a device cavity is formed in the main body; a supporting frame is fixedly connected to the lower side wall of the device cavity; the supporting frame abuts against the front side wall and the rear side wall of the device cavity; a working cavity which is through in thefront-back direction and provided with a downward opening is formed in the supporting frame; fixing blocks are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the left side wall and the right side wall of thedevice cavity; sliding cavities with openings facing the working cavity are formed in the two fixing blocks respectively; and sliding blocks are slidably connected into the two sliding cavities respectively. The equipment can be controlled by an individual soldier, the operation is simple, and complex training is not needed; the equipment moves a connecting rod through a turntable to drive a clamping wheel to clamp the track, and the equipment is connected to the track in a sliding manner, so that the equipment freely moves along the track; the equipment rotates the connecting rod through theturntable to drive a grinding wheel to abut against the outer contour surface of the track, a motor is started, and then the grinding wheel is rotated to grind the weld joint of the track.
