The slope protection units extend longitudinally and vertically on a railway slope in a repeated combination mode; each slope protection unit is formed by assembling a main framework and a branch framework and used for defining the pouring range of the post-poured concrete core columns on the slope surface; the inspection ladder steps are arranged on the side surfaces of the slope protection units; the concrete foot guards are arranged at the lower parts of the slope protection units; the post-poured concrete core columns fill external gaps between the slope protection units. Precast cement boards are adopted, the weight of each precast cement board is small, people can conveniently carry and assemble the precast cement boards, the bottoms of the precast cement boards are effectively fixed through steel drill rods and concrete cushion blocks, and the tops of the precast cement boards are fixed through fixing clamping grooves. Compared with a traditional steel formwork, the using number of concrete formworks of the framework protection structure is reduced to 0, the formwork disassembling process is omitted, and construction is more efficient.
