The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a vacuum insulation board, a first cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board and a second cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board; applying an adhesive to one side of the first cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board and/or one side of the vacuum insulation board, and then bonding the vacuum insulation board to thecement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board; applying the adhesive on one side of the second cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board and/or the side of the vacuum insulation board away from the cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board, and bonding the second cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board to the side of the vacuum thermal insulation board away from the first cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board; and drying and solidifying after compressing. According to the application, the cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board and the vacuum insulation board are bonded and compounded by a drying method, so that cement polystyrene particle thermal insulation board and the vacuum insulation board are not easy to fall offand peel off.
