The invention discloses an integral composite slab honeycomb composite beam and a manufacturing method thereof. The integral composite slab honeycomb composite beam comprises a honeycomb steel beam, ashear connector and multiple concrete composite slabs; at least one row of round head screws are welded on the upper flange of the honeycomb steel beam; the multiple concrete composite slabs are in lap joint with the two sides of the top of the upper flange of the honeycomb steel beam, and in the length direction of the upper flange, the adjacent concrete composite slabs are connected into a whole through bottom bars embedded in the concrete composite slabs in advance and poured concrete layers; and in the width direction of the upper flange, the concrete composite slabs and the honeycomb steel beam are connected together through the concrete layers poured on the round head screws.
