The invention discloses a honeycomb core material, a manufacturing method of the honeycomb core material, a composite honeycomb structure and a manufacturing method of the composite honeycomb structure. The honeycomb core material comprises a honeycomb plate and a plurality of foaming layers, the honeycomb plate comprises a plurality of honeycomb holes, the honeycomb holes straightly penetrate through two opposite surfaces of the honeycomb plate, the foaming layers are respectively filled in the honeycomb holes, the foaming layers are tightly connected with the wall surfaces of the honeycomb holes and are formed by pouring a hard foaming agent; and according to the composite honeycomb structure, the honeycomb core material serves as a core layer, and a first adhesive layer, a fiber material layer, a second adhesive layer and a surface layer are sequentially stacked on the two opposite faces, provided with honeycomb holes, of the honeycomb core material. The honeycomb core material and the composite honeycomb structure are utilized, and the advantages of light weight, high strength, fire prevention, heat insulation, good sound insulation and the like can be achieved at the same time.
本发明揭露一种蜂巢芯材及其制造方法、以及复合蜂巢结构及其制造方法，其中蜂巢芯材包含一蜂巢板及复数个发泡层，蜂巢板包含复数个蜂窝孔，各蜂窝孔直向贯通蜂巢板的相对二面，各发泡层分别填塞于各蜂窝孔，且发泡层与蜂窝孔的各壁面紧密连结，其中发泡层由一硬质发泡剂所灌注成型；复合蜂巢结构则以蜂巢芯材作为芯层，并于蜂巢芯材的具有蜂窝孔的相对二面分别依序叠设一第一胶层、一纤维材料层、一第二胶层及一表层。本发明利用蜂巢芯材及复合蜂巢结构，可同时具备轻量化、高强度、防火、隔热、隔音佳等优点。
