The invention relates to a length adjusting assembly. The length adjusting assembly comprises a fixed rod, a turntable, a sliding rod and a screw. The fixed rod is provided with a linear sliding groove. The turntable is pivoted on the fixed rod and is provided with a transmission column table; the turntable is provided with a driving part for driving the turntable to rotate; the turntable is provided with an arc-shaped groove; the sliding rod is connected to the linear sliding groove in a sliding mode and provided with a groove opening allowing the transmission column table to be inserted therein. The screw penetrates into the arc-shaped groove and is connected with the fixed rod. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a transmission rod and a window body. The beneficial effects of theinvention are as follows: the conversion between rotary motion and linear motion is realized by utilizing the turntable; the adjusting mode of the length adjusting assembly is converted into rotatingoperation; adjustment can be achieved without operation in the extending direction of the transmission rod, stepless adjustment of the sliding rod can be achieved by rotating the turntable in situ, even if the installation depth of the transmission rod in a door and window is large, operation can be conducted easily, a linear gap for operation does not need to be reserved, occupation of part layout space of equipment is reduced, and compact design is facilitated.
