The waterproof chassis structure comprises a cellular board, a sectional material frame which is arranged around the cellular board, a water heating pipe which is buried in the cellular board and floor tiles which are laid on the cellular board, the front face and the back face of the cellular board are both coated with polyurethane; and the production method comprises the steps of brick paving, sealing, pipe burying, plate paving, pressure forming, demolding and the like. According to the novel waterproof chassis structure and the production method thereof, polyurethane hard foaming has the characteristics of high strength, light weight, simple forming process and high production efficiency, the water heating pipe is directly pre-buried on a polyurethane chassis to form the novel water heating waterproof chassis structure; and according to the self-foaming property of the polyurethane and theself-adhesion property of the polyurethane, the water heating pipe is pre-buried in the waterproof chassis structure, the foaming property of polyurethane enables the water heating pipe to be completely pre-buried, the foaming property can play a role in heat preservation during later heating, the use heat preservation effect of the water heating pipe is better, the self-adhesion property enablesthe whole waterproof chassis structure to be firm and free of water leakage, and the waterproof effect is good.
