Manufacturing method of light waterproof chassis
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a light waterproof chassis. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that an extruded sheet is cut into a chassis blank with the same boundary dimension as a target product through a cutting tool; engraving the upper surface of the base plate green body by using an engraving machine so as to engrave the base plate green body into a base plate main body consistent with the internal structure of the target product; and spraying a coating to the surface of the chassis main body to form a protective layer after the coating is solidified. The waterproof base plate is machined through the carving technology, the limitation of the cost of die punch forming and the machining difficulty of the waterproof base plate is relieved, and more importantly, the machining speed can be greatly increased by carving the extruded sheet as the raw material. The extruded sheet commonly used for heat preservation and heat insulation of the outer side of the wall is used for manufacturing the waterproof base plate, and the variety of manufacturing raw materials of the waterproof base plate is expanded. The extruded sheet is used for the waterproof base plate, so that the waterproof base plate has a strong waterproof effect, and the treading cavity feeling is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种轻质防水底盘的制造方法,包括如下步骤:利用切割工具将挤塑板裁切成与目标产品的外形尺寸一致的底盘坯体;利用雕刻机对底盘坯体的上表面进行雕刻,以将底盘坯体雕刻成与目标产品的内部结构一致的底盘主体;向底盘主体的表面喷射涂料以在涂料凝固后形成保护层。利用雕刻工艺加工防水底盘解除了防水底盘受模具冲压成型的成本、加工难度的限制,重要的是挤塑板作为原料而被雕刻能够大大提高加工速率。本发明将常用于墙体外侧保温隔热的挤塑板用于制造防水底盘,拓展了防水底盘的制造原料的种类。挤塑板用于防水底盘不但具有较强的防水效果,且大大降低了踩踏的空洞感。
