The invention discloses a sandwich type glass magnesium board, comprising protective aluminum board layers, fireproof layers, central sandwich layers and a fiber reinforced cement structure layer, wherein the central sandwich layers are arranged on the two sides of the fiber reinforced cement structure layer respectively; the fireproof layers and the protective aluminum plate layers are sequentially arranged on one sides of the central sandwich layers sequentially; the surface of each protective aluminum plate layer is coated with an anti-corrosion coating; the central sandwich layers are a single-layer core materials, and each core material is of a uniform and symmetrical raised grain structure formed by fusing natural wood fiber felt and polypropylene synthetic fiber felt at a high temperature; and each fireproof layer comprises a rock wool layer and an aluminum foil layer, and the aluminum foil layer is bonded to the rock wool layer. The glass magnesium board is compact in structure, reasonable in design, light in weight, high in toughness, good in fire resistance, high in compressive strength and bending strength, low in heat conductivity and excellent in performance; and a preparation method for the sandwich type glass magnesium board is simple and convenient in and suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种夹层式玻镁板,包括:防护铝板层、防火层、中心夹芯层和纤维增强水泥结构层;纤维增强水泥结构层的两侧分别设有中心夹芯层,中心夹芯层的一侧依次设有防火层和防护铝板层;防护铝板层的表面涂覆有防腐蚀涂层;其中中心夹芯层为单层芯材,且芯材为自然木质纤维毡与聚丙烯合成纤维毡经高温熔合而形成均匀对称的″波浪纹″结构;防火层为岩棉层和铝箔层,且铝箔层粘接在岩棉层上。本发明集结构紧凑、设计合理于一体,不仅质量轻、韧性高,而且具有良好的耐火性,并且抗压抗弯强度高、热传导性低,该玻镁板性能优异的同时,又制备方法简便,适于推广与应用。
