The invention discloses a glass magnesium board filled with surface modified tourmaline powder. The glass magnesium board is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 42 to 45 parts of light calcined magnesia, 40 to 42 parts of magnesium chloride hexahydrate, 0.8 to 1 part of sugar calcium, 4.5 to 5 parts of metakaolin, 2.5 to 3 parts of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 5 to 7 parts of tourmaline powder, 0.2 to 0.25 parts of silane coupling agent kh550, 1.5 to 2 parts of waterborne polyurethane, 6 to 8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol solution of which the concentration is 5 percent, 15 to 18 parts of thermoplastic phenolic resin, 5 to 6 parts of urotropin aqueous solution of which the concentration is 25 percent, 1.5 to 2.5 parts of alumina silicate fiber and a right amount of pure water. The quality problems of scumming, buckling deformation, product cracking, and the like are solved by the glass magnesium board prepared by the invention; while having good fireproof performance and insulation performance, the glass magnesium board is nonpoisonous and tasteless; the glass magnesium board is capable of releasing negative ions, and is good for human health; meanwhile, construction is simple; the process is easy to industrially control, and is worthy of being popularized widely.
