The invention relates to a quick-setting brucite-phosphate-based cementing material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. Natural brucite minerals are used for completely replacingmagnesium oxide raw material which is prepared at high temperature to prepare a novel brucite-phosphate-based low-carbon cementing material. The invention particularly relates to a formula and a preparation technology of the brucite-phosphate-based low-carbon cementing material. The core content of the invention is a material formula which is composed of brucite, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate andborax. The preparation method of the cementing material comprises the following steps: preparing according to a required ratio, and mixing in a mixer for 10-30 minutes to obtain the product. The cementing material can be used by adding water and stirring, and the recommended water-binder ratio is 0.12-0.20. Compared with the prior art, the phosphate cementing material disclosed by the invention isequivalent in performance, but lower in production energy consumption and CO2 emission, and the system does not contain free magnesium oxide with potential stability hazards, so that the hydration heat release and setting time of the phosphate cementing material can be regulated and controlled.
本发明涉及一种快凝水镁石‑磷酸盐基胶凝材料及其制备方法和应用,用天然水镁石矿物来完全替代高温制备的原材料氧化镁,以制备一种新型的水镁石‑磷酸盐基低碳胶凝材料,具体涉及其配方及其制备技术。本发明核心内容是材料配方,由水镁石、磷酸二氢铵和硼砂构成;本发明胶凝材料的制备方法为按要求的比例配制后,经在混料机中混合10‑30min,即可得到本发明产品。本发明胶凝材料加水搅拌即可使用,推荐水胶比为0.12‑0.20。与现有技术相比,本发明的磷酸盐胶凝材料性能相当,但生产能耗和CO2排放量更低,且其体系中不含有存在安定性隐患的游离氧化镁,对调控其水化放热和凝结时间也更有利。
