The invention discloses a quick-setting and quick-hardening cementing material based on garbage fly ash and slag, which is prepared by taking the garbage fly ash and the slag as main raw materials, carbide slag and an alkaline agent as solid alkali excitants and copper tailings and fly ash as retarders to prepare the environment-friendly quick-setting and quick-hardening cementing material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively grinding the solid wastes such as the garbage fly ash, the furnace slag, the carbide slag, the copper tailings and the fly ash into certain particle sizes, mixing the ground solid wastes with the alkaline agent and the additive in proportion, uniformly mixing water and the dry material according to a water-cement ratio, filling into a mold, demolding after initial setting, and curing in a curing box to the age, so as to prepare the quick-setting and quick-hardening cementing material. The method has the advantages that various solid wastes are synergistically utilized, a great deal of waste fly ash is emphasized, the process is simple, the cost is low, and the prepared material is excellent in performance; and the positive effects of improving the utilization efficiency of the solid waste and building an environment-friendly society are achieved.
本发明公开了一种基于垃圾飞灰及炉渣的快凝快硬胶凝材料，以垃圾飞灰和炉渣为主要原料，以电石渣与碱性药剂做为固体碱激发剂，铜尾矿、粉煤灰为缓凝剂，制备环境友好型的快凝快硬胶凝材料；制备方法为：将垃圾飞灰、炉渣、电石渣、铜尾矿、粉煤灰等固体废弃物分别研磨至一定的粒度后与碱性药剂、外加剂按比例混合，依据水灰比将水与干料混合均匀后装模，待初凝后脱模置于养护箱内养护至龄期，制得快凝快硬胶凝材料。本发明的优点是实现了多种固体废物协同利用，着重对垃圾飞灰的大量使用，工艺简单，成本低廉，制得材料性能优越；对提高固废的利用效率和建设环境友好型社会产生了积极的效果。
