The invention discloses novel concrete with gold ore tailing powder as a full aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The novel concrete is prepared from two parts, namely a main material and an additive, wherein the main material is prepared from 1.0 part by weight of a cementing material, 0.5 to 7.0 parts by weight of gold ore tailing powder and 0.25 to 1.50 parts by weight of water; and theadditive is composed of a superplasticizer, a modified binding agent and a diffusion catalyst, and the usage amounts of the superplasticizer, the modified binding agent and the diffusion catalyst is0.5%-1.5%, 0.025%-0.06% and 0.005%-0.1% of the weight of the cementing material respectively. The beneficial effects of the invention are that 1, since the gold mine tailing powder is used as the fullaggregate of concrete and raw material selection and proportion design are carried out, the interface bonding property of cement paste and the gold ore tailing powder aggregate is optimized, and thestacking density of the gold ore tailing powder is increased, so the 28-d compressive strength of hardened concrete can reach 18M pa at least and 65 Mpa at most, and the strength requirement of constructional engineering can be met; and 2, large-scale utilization of solid waste is realized, the environment is protected, and resources are saved;
本发明公开了一种以金矿尾矿粉为全集料的新型混凝土及其制备方法,其中,该新型混凝土由主料和外加剂两部分组成,主料由1.0重量份胶凝材料、0.5‑7.0重量份金矿尾矿粉和0.25‑1.50重量份水组成,外加剂由高效减水剂、改性密结剂和扩散催化剂组成,三者的用量分别为胶凝材料重量的0.5%‑1.5%、0.25‰‑0.6‰和0.05‰‑1‰。本发明的有益之处在于:1、采用金矿尾矿粉为混凝土的全集料,通过原料选择和配比设计,使得水泥浆体与金矿尾矿粉集料的界面结合性得到优化、金矿尾矿粉之间的堆积密度得到增加,从而使得硬化混凝土28d抗压强度最低可以达到18Mpa、最高可以达到65Mpa,可以满足一觙建筑工程的強度要求;2、实现了固废规模化利用,既保护了环境,又节约了资源。
