The invention discloses dry and hard ceramic membrane slurry and a slurrying method. The dry and hard ceramic membrane slurry comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 4.5%-6.5% of ceramic powder, 32%-48% of an organic solvent, 0.05%-0.1% of a dispersing agent and the balance of a dry and hard membrane. By adding the dry and hard membrane into the raw materials, waste utilizationcan be realized, the use amount of the ceramic powder is greatly reduced, a PVB resin adhesive is not required to be used, and the production cost is effectively reduced; and meanwhile, the slurry with the particle size, the slurry viscosity and the slurry density meeting the requirements can be obtained through sequential grinding and dispersing, the whole slurrying time is 7-10 h, and comparedwith existing 18-20 h, the time cost is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了干结陶瓷膜片浆料及浆化方法,所述干结陶瓷膜片浆料以重量百分比计,包括以下组分:瓷粉4.5%~6.5%,有机溶剂32%~48%,分散剂0.05%~0.1%,余量为干结膜片。本发明通过在原料中添加干结膜片,不仅能够实现废物利用、大幅度降低瓷粉的用量,并且不需要使用PVB树脂粘合剂,有效降低了生产成本;同时,通过依次研磨分散就能获得颗粒粒度、浆料粘度及浆料密度满足要求的浆料,整个浆化时间为7‑10h,相比现有的18~20h,大幅度降低了时间成本。
