The invention discloses a beam bridge composite structure of an inverted-groove-shaped steel-concrete bridge deck slab and a construction method thereof. The inverted-groove-shaped steel-concrete bridge deck slab beam bridge composite structure comprises two supporting structures, a hot-rolled H-shaped steel beam set, a plurality of bridge deck slabs and finish-rolled deformed steel bars, whereinthe hot-rolled H-shaped steel beam set is provided with a plurality of hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams, the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams are transversely erected between the two supporting structures, and support seats are arranged between the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams and the supporting structures; the bridge deck slabs are sequentially and flatly laid on the two adjacent hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams in the vertical direction of a connecting line of the two supporting structures to form a bridge deck; and the finish-rolled deformed steel bars penetrate through the preformed holesof the bridge deck in the vertical direction of the connecting line of the two supporting structures, and then the multiple bridge deck slabs are spliced. A common steel plate beam is replaced with the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams, the hot-rolled H-shaped steel beams are wide in flange plate width, large in lateral rigidity, high in bending resistance, good in local stability, high in quality guarantee level and so on, and under the condition that the same bearing capacity is achieved, steel is saved by about 5%-10% compared with welded ''I''-shaped steel.
