The invention relates to the technical field of concrete box girder curing, and particularly discloses a concrete box girder curing device and an automatic curing system. The concrete box girder curing device comprises a sliding cross beam used for being arranged on a movable formwork machine in a sliding mode; two connecting frames arranged at the two ends of the sliding cross beam respectively,and provided with spray heads used for spraying the upper surface of the box girder; two corner frames connected with the two connecting frames respectively, and provided with spray heads used for spraying the side faces of the box girder; and a horizontal frame connected with the two corner frames, and provided with a spray head used for spraying the bottom of the box girder. The problem that inthe prior art, the side faces and the bottom face of the box girder are difficult to comprehensively moisturize and maintain can be solved.
