The invention relates to full-length bailey type bridge dismounting and hoisting equipment and a construction method. The equipment is mainly composed of a supporting system (a), a walking system (b)and a hoisting system (c). The supporting system (a) is composed of longitudinal bailey beams (1), transverse bailey beams (5) and bearing beams (9). The walking system (b) is composed of a track beam(2) and a walking device (8). The hoisting system (c) is composed of a pulley block (3), a hoisting steel wire (4), a cross beam (6) and a winch (7). The equipment and the method are characterized inthat the longitudinal bailey beams (1) always exist in the whole process of dismantling a bridge span beam section, two hoisting systems (c) can be installed on one span for simultaneous construction, dismantling efficiency is high, and dismantling construction is safe and reliable.
本发明涉及一种通长贝雷式拆桥吊装设备及施工方法,所述设备主要由支撑系统(a),行走系统(b),吊装系统(c)共同组成。支撑系统(a)由纵向贝雷梁(1),横向贝雷梁(5),垫梁(9)组成。行走系统(b)由轨道梁(2)和行走装置(8)组成。吊装系统(c)由滑轮组(3),吊装钢丝(4),横梁(6),卷扬机(7)组成。本发明特点在于纵向贝雷梁(1)在拆除桥跨梁段的整个过程一直存在,一跨上可安装两个吊装系统(c)同时施工,拆除效率高,拆除施工安全可靠。
