Equipment for reinforcing and desalinizing inshore saline dredger fill and construction method
The invention discloses equipment for reinforcing and desalinizing inshore saline dredger fill and a construction method. The equipment comprises a pumped vacuum system, a pressurized liquid injectionsystem and a sealing system. The equipment and the construction method are characterized in that the pumped vacuum system is first utilized to form a closed negative pressure load environment, and the saline dredger fill is subjected to vacuum preloading treatment; when a soil mass reaches certain strength and porosity, the pressurized liquid injection system is utilized to pressurize the salinedredger fill and inject desalination liquid; and the capability of the desalination liquid seeping into the dredger fill is accelerated under dual functions of the pumped vacuum system and the pressurized liquid injection system, and further the aim of quickly desalinizing and improving the soil mass is achieved. According to the equipment and the construction method disclosed by the invention, the defect that fresh dredger fill has high moisture content and low strength, so that the desalination improving operation cannot be directly implemented is overcome; reinforcement and desalination ofthe inshore saline dredger fill can be realized in one step, so that the construction cost of projects is greatly reduced and the construction period is greatly shortened; and the equipment and the construction method are suitable for treating large-area inshore saline dredger fill.
本发明公开了一种滨海盐渍吹填土加固、脱盐的设备及施工方法。本发明设备包括抽真空系统、加压注液系统、密封系统,本发明先利用抽真空系统形成封闭负压荷载环境,对盐渍吹填土进行真空预压处理,当土体达到一定强度和孔隙率时,再利用加压注液系统向盐渍吹填土加压注入脱盐液,通过抽真空系统和加压注液系统双重作用加速脱盐液向吹填土渗透的能力,达到使土体快速脱盐改良的目的。本发明克服了新进吹填土高含水率、低强度无法直接实施脱盐改良的作业缺点,可一步到位地实现滨海盐渍吹填土加固、脱盐,极大地节约工程建设成本和工期,适用于大面积的滨海盐渍吹填土处理。
