The invention relates to the technical field of open caisson construction, in particular to a prefabricated assembly segmental open caisson and an assembly method. An open caisson ring is composed ofa plurality of assembly units which are connected end to end, each assembly unit comprises two assembly modules, the vertical section of each assembly module is in a right-angle trapezoid shape, firstinstallation grooves are respectively formed in the outer sides of two ends of each assembly module, first arc-shaped holes are formed in the first installation grooves, the first arc-shaped holes ofthe adjacent assembling modules are mutually connected to form first connecting holes. According to the prefabricated assembly segmental open caisson and the assembly method, the standard modules aremanufactured in a factory rapid prefabrication mode, the prefabricated assembly modules and a base module are consistent in structural form, the input amount of prefabricated formworks is small, theadjacent modules are arranged upside down during installation, the problem of incorrect installation during assembly by operators can be solved, and the modules are assembled rapidly and conveniently.Meanwhile, the adjacent modules are connected and installed by adopting arc pull rods, and nuts are screwed in the installation grooves of the outer wall of the open caisson, so that the constructionsafety problem generated when operators carry out installation in the open caisson can be solved.
本发明涉及沉井施工技术领域,具体来说是一种预制装配节段式沉井及装配方法,沉井环由若干组首尾衔接的装配单元构成,每个装配单元包括两个装配模块,装配模块的竖截面呈直角梯形,装配模块的两端的外侧分别设有第一安装槽,所述的第一安装槽内设有第一弧形孔,相邻的装配模块的第一弧形孔相互衔接以形成第一连接孔。本发明采用工厂快速预制的方式完成标准模块的制作,预制的装配模块、基底模块的结构形式一致,预制模板投入量少,安装时相邻模块上下颠倒放置,可解决操作工人装配时错误安装的问题,模块装配快速便捷。同时相邻模块连接采用弧形拉杆安装,拧紧螺母在沉井外壁的安装槽内,可解决操作工人在沉井内部安装的施工安全问题。
