The invention provides an assembled open caisson construction method and prefabricated concrete segments of an assembled open caisson. The assembled open caisson comprises cutting shoes and open caisson walls. The method comprises the steps that a cushion layer position used for allowing the cutting shoes to be arranged is determined from an excavated foundation pit, and a cushion layer is arranged or poured at the cushion layer position; the cutting shoes are arranged or poured on the cushion layer, and the prefabricated concrete segments matched with the cutting shoes are determined; the cutting shoes are controlled to sink, after the cutting shoes sink by a preset distance range, the plurality of prefabricated concrete segments are arranged on the top faces of the cutting shoes throughconnecting assemblies on the prefabricated concrete segments, and one well wall layer with the peripheral side closed is formed on the top faces of the cutting shoes, wherein adjacent components represent the prefabricated concrete segments or the cutting shoes adjacent to the prefabricated concrete segments; whether the total sinking distance of the cutting shoes reaches a target distance or notis detected; if not, the cutting shoes are controlled to sink, and a plurality of prefabricated concrete segments are arranged on the top faces of the prefabricated concrete segments of the well walllayer on the top layer in a staggered mode every time the cutting shoes sink within a preset distance range; and if yes, assembled open caisson construction is completed.
