The invention discloses a laminated precast concrete equipment pipeline well structure system. The system comprises a floor structure beam connected with a building wall and an equipment pipeline wellunit. The equipment pipeline well unit is installed on the floor structure beam. The equipment pipeline well unit comprises a plurality of vertically stacked precast pipeline wells. A plurality of hanging nails are symmetrically arranged on the top surface of the well wall of each precast pipeline well. Dry connections are adopted between the precast pipeline wells and the floor structure beam, and between the upper and lower sections the precast pipeline wells. A polystyrene board isolation layer is arranged between the top surface of the precast pipeline wells and the bottom surface of theupper floor structure beam to reduce the connection rigidity between the precast pipeline wells and the floor structure beam. The system solves the problems of structural integrity, appearance quality, and convenience of on-site installation of the precast pipeline wells, so as to improve the construction efficiency and the assembly rate of the building.
