The invention relates to the field of buildings, in particular to a truss structure and a building structure. The truss structure comprises an arched support frame and at least two stand columns, wherein the two ends of the arched support frame are connected with the pair of adjacent stand columns respectively, and the top end of the arched support frame is not higher than the top ends of the stand columns. In the truss structure and the building structure provided by the invention, the truss uses the arched support frame, the arched support frame has the advantages of high spanning capacity and high force transmission efficiency, and meanwhile has smaller occupied space compared with an existing truss structure. On the premise that the arched support frame meets the support requirement, the influence of the truss structure on the indoor space, functional arrangement, building lighting and appearance effect of a building is further reduced.
