The invention discloses a space truss building structure system, relates to the technical field of building structure engineering, and aims to provide the space truss building structure system which does not need to use vertical members except a core tube for floor supporting. The space truss building structure system comprises at least three core tubes and at least one layer of space truss structure. The at least three core tubes are arranged at intervals around the axis parallel to the vertical direction, and each layer of space truss structure comprises a plurality of middle ring trusses, a plurality of inner ring trusses, a first roof structure and a first floor structure. In the axis direction, one middle ring truss and one inner ring truss are connected between every two adjacent core tubes, first roof structures and first floor structures are arranged between the middle ring trusses and the inner ring trusses of the curved surface structures, and the first roof structures and the first floor structures are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction. The space truss building structure system is used for hanging and supporting of the arc-shaped building.
