The invention discloses a spontaneous heating integrated plate and a preparation method thereof. The spontaneous heating integrated plate comprises a base material, a first insulating waterproof membrane layer, a heating membrane layer, a second insulating waterproof membrane layer, a surface layer and an electrode, wherein the base material comprises a polished surface, and the first insulating waterproof membrane layer, the heating membrane layer, the second insulating waterproof membrane layer and the surface layer are sequentially stacked on the polished surface; the electrode is arrangedon the base material and is electrically connected with the heating membrane layer; and the total thickness of the first insulating waterproof membrane layer, the heating membrane layer, the second insulating waterproof membrane layer and the surface layer is 0.01-5 mm. The spontaneous heating integrated plate and the preparation method thereof can effectively solve the heating problem in winter.
